SAFE Training is a Centerpoint initiative that is more than just a Women's Self Defense class, it is a reality based,                                                               comprehensive, and condensed program to educate and empower women to make decisions about their own personal safety                                               and security initiatives and to prepare them to take action to get out of a potential confrontation.  SAFE Training stands for                                                 Survival Actions for Female Empowerment.

The training will consist of a presentation focusing on improving your safety mindset, look at vulnerabilities and solutions for                                               each individual and their abilities, and provide information about situational awareness.  We will have a demonstration of                                                     realistic and practical defensive skills and a hands on portion to help you learn these new skills. Participants are strongly                                                     encouraged to take part in the physical skills, but not required.  You can be as involved in the hands on portion as you desire. The combination of information and physical ability will result in a greater sense of confidence and comfort in everyday living.

The training is valuable for all ages and abilities and will be approximately 3 1/2  hours.    CLICK HERE FOR OUR NEXT COURSE DATE
